I offer a free phone or video consultation. At that time we will discuss fees.

I accept private pay and am a provider for Medicare and Claremont EAP.

Upon request, I can provide a statement for you to submit to your insurance company, or for reimbursement from a health savings account. Please check with your company to make sure it pays for out-of-network providers.

I offer a reduced fee in specific circumstances.
