About Vicki

Vicki_Young.jpg

I’ve been fascinated by psychotherapy since I was 12. I’ve always wanted to provide a safe place for people to explore who they are and what they want. I believe that every person is unique, and a person can change. Together, you and I can identify your challenges and discover your unique abilities and strengths and create a path to move you toward your goals and dreams.

I interweave practical and creative approaches. I use wisdom from the past as well as the latest research on neuroscience and neuroplasticity.

I work with guided imagery, metaphor, EMDR, Sandplay, psychodynamic, Family Systems, Jungian, and Positive Psychology. I’m good at helping people transform their goals into do-able steps.

Although we can’t change our past, we can become more grounded and resilient in our present.
